It’s a well know issue. Any crash impacting the left or right side radiator has the high probability of pushing the radiator back, causing the lower radiator hoses to rub and pinch against the power valve cover screw. This will cause immediate or eventual failure of the radiator hose, resulting in loss of coolant and the bike to overheat. This simple and effective radiator hose guard will put you at ease and keep you riding worry free. The kit comes with two guards (for right and left side, lower radiator hoses), and 6 zip ties for install.
